These terms apply to Samguk Merge (the "Game"), operated by owlzworks. By using the Game you agree to them.
1. Your account
The Game creates a guest account that is kept on your device. If you delete the Game or its data, you may lose access to that account. Keep your device's data if you want to keep playing.
2. In-game items and purchases
Currencies and items in the Game are a licence to use them in the Game, not property, and have no cash value.
Purchases are paid through the app store. Refunds follow the app store's policy and the applicable law. Items already used may not be refundable.
3. Fair play
Do not modify the Game or its data, use automation or cheating tools, exploit bugs, attack or overload the server, or use offensive or impersonating nicknames.
The server decides your progress. Progress it cannot accept is returned to the server's state, and accounts that break these rules may be limited or removed.
4. Ads
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is given once the ad network confirms the ad was watched to the end.
5. Changes to the Game
We may change the Game's content and balance. If we end the service, we will announce it in the Game in advance.
6. Liability
The Game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, owlzworks is not liable for losses caused by things outside its control, such as network failures or the user's own actions.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
